Return & Refund Policy

At V3 Productions and Hyph-School, we are committed to providing high-quality digital education, resources, and services to support multihyphenate artists. Because our products are primarily digital and instantly accessible upon purchase, we maintain the following return and refund guidelines:

1. Digital Courses & Educational Products

  • All sales of digital courses, downloads, and educational materials are final.
     

  • Once you have enrolled in a course or accessed digital content, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns.
     

  • This policy ensures fairness and protects the integrity of our intellectual property.

2. Coaching, Consultations, & Services

  • Consultations and coaching sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice to qualify for a credit toward a future session.
     

  • Missed appointments or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
     

  • Package or bundle purchases (multiple sessions) are non-refundable once the first session has been used.

3. Technical Issues

  • If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing your course or materials, please contact us immediately at admin@v3prod.com.
     

  • We will make every effort to resolve the issue quickly.
     

  • If access cannot be restored within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.

4. Unauthorized Charges or Errors

  • If you believe you were charged in error, or notice any unauthorized transaction, please notify us within 7 days of purchase.
     

  • We will investigate and, if appropriate, issue a refund or correction.

5. Exceptions

  • Refund requests outside of these guidelines will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of V3 Productions.
     

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the criteria outlined above.

To request a refund, credit, or reschedule:
