Unsolicited Submission Disclaimer and Waiver

Effective Date: February, 1st, 2019

By submitting a logline, synopsis, script, or any other creative material (“Submission”) to V3 Productions, LLC (“Company”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Unsolicited Submission:
   You understand that your Submission is being made voluntarily and without a prior request from the Company. The Company does not accept unsolicited material under a confidential or fiduciary relationship.
    

2. No Obligation to Review or Respond:
   The Company is under no obligation to review, acknowledge, consider, or return your Submission or any related materials. All Submissions become the property of the Company upon receipt.
    

3. Independent Development:
   You acknowledge that the Company and its affiliates may already have developed, or may in the future develop, materials, concepts, or projects that are similar to your Submission. You agree that any similarity between your Submission and any current or future Company projects is purely coincidental, and you waive any claim that the Company misappropriated your ideas.
    

4. No Compensation or Expectation of Employment:
   You understand and agree that you are not entitled to any compensation, credit, ownership, or employment opportunity as a result of your Submission unless and until a separate written agreement is executed between you and the Company.
    

5. Ownership Warranty:
   You warrant that your Submission is your original work and that you have full legal right to submit it. You further warrant that your Submission does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
    

6. Waiver and Release:
   You hereby release and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or relating to your Submission, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement, idea theft, or breach of implied contract.
    

7. Entire Agreement:
   This Disclaimer and Waiver constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Company regarding unsolicited submissions. Any modification must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
    

If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit your material.
By submitting your logline or script, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above.
